Mam Papaul’s Jambalaya Mix

We owe this wonderfully delicious dish to the Spanish who settled in Louisiana in the 1800s. This Jambalaya Mix features traditional long grain rice and is cooked with a combination of meats and seafood and just a hint of tomato sauce to bring out the flavor of a truly cosmopolitan dish.
